FAQ

You will need a yoga mat, which can be substituted with a blanket or towel if you don’t have one. Please have drinking water nearby

Depending on your situation, your practice can also be done on a chair or bed if needed

Optional props to work with may include yoga blocks, pillows, bolsters, blankets, yoga strap or belt, & eye mask

It is helpful to book your class a week in advance, but this is not a strict rule. Depending on availability, your instructor may be able to secure your class time within 48 hours

Absolutely. Most classes are all-level friendly, catering to anyone from very first-time student to experienced Yogi. Since your class is customized to your needs, it can be taught with a primarily beginner-focused approach, or designed to be more challenging for more advanced participants. If a particular difficulty level is not specifically requested, an all-levels approach will be used, offering beginner variations with options to lead into more advanced variations

Your class time is booked within a certain time frame, so while it’s okay to be late, there will be no extension of the ending time except in special circumstances

If you need to reschedule, please give a heads up at least 24 hours in advance. Your booking includes a one-time reschedule free of charge, as long as it is requested within the 24 hour range. If a 2nd reschedule is requested, a $30 convenience fee will be required to reschedule, & same for any reschedules thereafter. If this fee is not paid by the client, the cost of the session will be forfeited. Complete cancellations after payment are not accepted, except in rare circumstances. Reschedule requests within 24 hours of scheduled session time will require the $30 convenience fee to reschedule.
