I provide a range of holistic healing services including private 1:1 or group Yoga or Meditation classes, Reiki Healing sessions, Hypnosis for Change, Past Life Regression (TRT-Transformational Regression Therapy) & Inner Child Healing. Each class or session is customized to your specific needs & goals & will be designed to help you reach your goals & promote overall wellbeing.

You can purchase a session via the Booking tab or any of the clickable links that lead you there. I utilize the Squareup system to receive payments. Once a session is paid for, I will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your session. You may email me some preferred dates & times for your session & will receive a confirmation email from me. Please do not rely on the Squareup scheduling software to confirm date & time of your booking. The official date & time will be confirmed by me via email

I will provide you with a calm, peaceful, stress-free & supportive environment for your session. Each session is unique, customized & personal to suit your needs. My aim is to empower you, help you relax & recover, as well as achieve your personal physical or spiritual goals.

If you need to reschedule, please give a heads up at least 24 hours in advance. Your booking includes a one-time reschedule free of charge, as long as it is requested within the 24 hour range. If a 2nd reschedule is requested, a $30 convenience fee will be required to reschedule, & same for any reschedules thereafter. If this fee is not paid by the client, the cost of the session will be forfeited. Complete cancellations after payment are not accepted, except in rare circumstances. Reschedule requests within 24 hours of scheduled session time will require the $30 convenience fee to reschedule.
